The spring season has officially begun, and with it, our introduction to Ambios. Nestled into the hillside amongst swaying trees, nature welcomes us with its usual spring flurries of sunshine, showers, and gusty breezes. Through the veil of trees, the expansive estuary can be glimpsed below, calling us deeper into nature’s embrace. It’s beautiful.
Filled with a little apprehension, curiosity, and wonder, we are warmly welcomed by the team and ease into getting to know each other, learning about the endeavours of Ambios, and settle into our new home. We are all captivated and reassured from the offset and discovering so much already.
We are lucky enough to enjoy the recently designed communal space which gives a wonderfully homely vibe, whilst being able to relax in our private rooms for some downtime. We’ve all journeyed here from different places and life stages but the thread between us seems to be the ‘call’ of Ambios – a knowing that this place was to be our next step. It certainly hasn’t taken long to feel at peace with the former feeling and decision to come here.
The learning is so enriching and enlightening and broadens ones understanding of what true ‘natural’ beauty and flourishing wildlife really means. It’s certainly going to be an eye-opening journey offering a wealth of expert knowledge and we’re excited to be on this journey and part of the adventure with Ambios.
