Would you like to join our dynamic and friendly team to help nature recovery in the scenic Dart valley? Get stuck in with practical nature recovery tasks that support local and residential volunteers and trainees’ access to empowering, practical, achievable, meaningful tasks in the countryside. This role continues the work achieved over the past 2 years via a Community Forest funded tree planting programme at Sharpham.
Work will focus on farm infrastructure improvements, protecting sensitive habitats and water courses from impacts of livestock. The role will aim to start late March 2026. This role has the scope to extend after the initial 6-month period into an ambitious, large scale habitat creation initiative based on the river Dart working with volunteers and nature partners including Dart Harbour and Sharpham Trust, funding dependant.
Please email us your filled out application form to farm@ambios.net. Applications close at midnight on the 15th of February, 2026.
