Lower Sharpham Farm makes a unique event venue for group activities and learning. We offer meeting spaces and an inspiring rural setting with access to the great outdoors, just 2.5 miles from Totnes in South Devon.
We have two separate spaces for hire (more details below), seating 10-20 people. You can also add on delicious organic, local food.

The Learning Centre seats up to 10 people, and provides a perfect learning environment with WiFi, projector, and french doors opening onto a veranda with spectacular views of the river Dart valley. Available evenings and weekends.
The Linhay provides a practical, comfortable space for indoor learning and discussion in the heart of the farm. Seats 16-20. Available for evening and weekend hire.
