Erasmus+ Careers in Conservation

Innovative employability guidance for higher education students in the context of European biodiversity management

Known as #CareersInConservationKA2 (follow us on Twitter) this Erasmus+ funded project is helping university students achieve their goals for wildlife, science, education and employment.  Its aim is to help both students and career advisors investigate the world of work around biodiversity management.

Please watch the introductory video opposite for more information.

We ran a short training programme called Participative Management Training in August 2017.  The project is now in the final evaluation and dissemination stage – please see our Twitter and Facebook pages for updates.

Project Aims

As part of this Erasmus+ project we offered the chance for University of Exeter students to gain real time corporate awareness within our organisation for 10 days in August 2017.  Students  worked alongside our Chief Executive and Directors to experience key areas of operation – project partner negotiations, biodiversity management and entrepreneurial work.
