The project will bring together three types of partner:

1. The local science and management team, who are  employed by the NGOs ARCAS, MILENYA, FUNDAECO and FUNDARY, with connections to academia at the national University of San Carlos, Centre for Studies of the Sea and Aquaculture CEMA.

2. Local stakeholders - farmers in the watersheds, fishermen at sea, communities on the shorelines and local industries (notably port areas).

3. The AMBIOS team, providing the development stimulus for the scheme, and including the organization of international volunteer support.
